Sorry

A bad apology is worse than no apology. If you sed sorry to someone do you really meant it?Halfhearted or insincere apologies often worse than not apologizing at all because recipients find them insulting.A good apology is like an antibiotic; a bad apology is like rubbing salt in the wound.
Two example of bad apologies are;
1) Apology with an attempt at an emotional slave; to hurt...
2) Giving an apology but asking for one back!

Proper apology contains three parts;
1)What i did was wrong.
2)I feel bad for what i did.
3)How to make things better.

So, be sincere...If we apologized and the other person didnt apologize back,don't let it eat at you.. that's not something we can control :)

p/s - Do not envy a sinner, you dunno what disaster awaits him :)

apologizing is just an escapism... escaping from the feeling of guilty :)

Herm... apology... sometimes when one person said sorry, it really meant the he really regret on what he has done. But some people misuse the word "sorry" just want to escape himself from trouble and guilt which may lead to self depression. so just be careful when someone ask for an apology to u. maybe this guideline may help u in the future. i took this from one of my psychology book stolen from my brother. wakakak >_<'

A Perfect Apology:

* a detailed account of the situation
* acknowledgment of the hurt or damage done
* taking responsibility for the situation
* recognition of your role in the event
* a statement of regret
* asking for forgiveness
* a promise that it won't happen again
* a form of restitution whenever possible
